Product Overview

This 4-layer 1st-order HDI buried and blind via high-precision PCB is mass-produced by Juehui Weiye, specially designed for mini wearable medical hearing aid devices. It adopts medical high-TG FR-4 substrate with finished thickness of 0.8mm, classic 1+2+1 1st-order HDI stack-up. Min laser blind via 0.1mm, min trace & space 3mil/3mil.It adopts BGA precise fan-out routing and vacuum resin plugging, with medical-grade ENIG surface finish. Designed with stamp hole panel array, each unit is mini round single board, improving customer SMT efficiency and easy depaneling.With the features of miniaturization, high-density routing, low signal crosstalk, moisture and oxidation resistance, it meets strict medical requirements of long-term stable operation for close-fitting hearing aids. It serves as the main control board for in-ear and invisible hearing aids.
