I. Incoming Quality Assurance (IQC)

Bare PCB: Inspected in accordance with IPC-A-600 standard, covering appearance, dimension, open/short circuit test and surface finish verification.

Electronic Components: Verify BOM part numbers, packages and batches; check appearance for customer-supplied materials. For factory-procured materials, genuine parts are guaranteed; refurbished and recovered components will be rejected.

Materials with oxidation, deformation, inconsistent silkscreen or abnormal parameters shall be quarantined in advance, and customers will be notified for confirmation.

II. In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQC)

Verify Gerber files, BOM, coordinate files and firmware versions before production launch to prevent mixed use of different revisions.

SMT First Article Inspection (FAI): Full-position verification of components, polarity and soldering on the first board. Mass production can only start after the first article passes inspection.

In-process Patrol Inspection: Regular monitoring of stencils, reflow temperature profiles and pick-and-place accuracy; supervision of processing for precision devices including BGA, QFN, 0201 and 01005 components.

Production will be suspended immediately in case of batch defects, and can only resume after root cause analysis and corrective actions.

III. Outgoing Quality Assurance (OQC)

(1) Bare PCB

Visual inspection + AOI optical inspection + Flying Probe / Fixture electrical test (open & short circuit). Additional sampling inspection will be conducted for orders requiring impedance control and special processes.

(2) Finished PCBA

Comprehensive inspection via AOI / X-Ray: detect missing parts, wrong parts, component offset, bridging and cold solder joints.

ICT (upon request): test circuit connectivity and basic component parameters.

FCT Functional Test: full coverage of power-up voltage, interface communication and all functions.

Full-load power-on burn-in test available on request to screen intermittent failures.

Appearance cleaning (dry ice cleaning), assembly and laser code verification.

100% full inspection before shipment.

IV. Quality Issue Handling Mechanism

Respond to quality feedback within 24 hours, cooperate with customers to confirm defects and retain defective samples.

Liability Judgment:

✅ Defects caused by our production / process: provide free sorting, free rework or remanufacturing, and bear round-trip logistics costs.

✅ Defects resulting from customer design errors, incorrect documents or defective customer-supplied materials: relevant processing fees shall be borne by the customer through negotiation.

For major non-conformities, we will issue a root cause analysis report and implement improvement actions to prevent recurrence.

V. Document, Environment & Compliance Assurance

Full-process ESD control. Finished products are packed with anti-static packaging; vacuum packaging with desiccants is available for humid-environment applications.

Production complies with RoHS environmental standards. Test reports and outgoing inspection records can be provided upon request.

Order documents, test records and first article records are archived regularly. The MES manufacturing system enables full traceability.
