This 6-layer PCB with purple solder mask, board thickness 1.6mm, panel size 111×111mm. It adopts high TG FR4 epoxy glass CCL with resin plug via + ENIG surface finish. It is the main control board of CLAMP Gripper biological sample gripper for SPT Labtech laboratory automation equipment from UK. Designed as 4-up panel with V-CUT and stamp holes for automatic SMT assembly. Developed for life science and biological research precision instruments to ensure stable acquisition of weak signals. Juehui Weiye customizes resin plug multilayer PCB according to customer Gerber files, supporting special color solder mask & controlled impedance.
