This 6-layer Panasonic MEGTRON6 (M6) mixed laminate RF PCB is mass-produced by Juehui Weiye Circuit. Finished dimension:180×135mm, board thickness:2.4mm. It adopts Panasonic M6 ultra-low loss high-speed substrate with ENIG surface finish. Min trace width/space:4mil/4mil, min hole size:0.3mm. Designed for industrial radio frequency and industrial wireless signal transmission equipment. It features ultra-low signal transmission loss and excellent thermal resistance, maintaining stable signal integrity under high-frequency working conditions. It is the core circuit board for industrial RF devices.

Substrate Performance

Panasonic MEGTRON6 is mainstream ultra-low loss high-speed RF material, built on modified epoxy resin & glass cloth. Df=0.003@12GHz with stable Dk value, low thermal expansion coefficient, Tg 185℃. It resists deformation after multiple reflow cycles, suitable for thick multilayer boards and extra-large-size PCB. It supports precise impedance control for RF traces to avoid high-frequency signal attenuation.

Process Features

1. Multi-layer lamination technology for large panel: Optimized lamination parameters for 1080mm long board, effectively reduce board warpage & layer misregistration.

2. LDI direct imaging for 4mil fine traces, uniform etching and tight trace tolerance for consistent RF impedance.

3. Precision CNC drilling + plasma desmear, minimize rough hole wall for thick board, complete copper barrel and reliable interlayer connection.

4. ENIG finish with uniform gold layer, flat pads, good oxidation resistance for long-term RF connector contact.

5. Full inspection: AOI, X-Ray, Flying Probe Electrical Test. Impedance test & micro-section reliability report available upon request.
