3. Reflow Soldering: Low‑temperature constant‑profile reflow optimized for PI flexible material. It avoids thermal deformation of the substrate and ensures reliable solder joints for connectors, resistors and capacitors, minimizing cold‑solder defects.

4. AOI Inspection: Scans all SMD components to detect missing parts, component shift, tombstoning, cold joints and other assembly defects.

5. Electrical Performance Test: Full‑circuit continuity and impedance verification to guarantee stable signal transmission. Bend‑cycle reliability test is available upon request.
