Long Multi-channel Signal Backplane PCBA

This A83-UTL-ADPT-CARD multi-channel signal backplane PCBA features finished dimensions of 420mm×115mm. It adopts FR-4 multilayer PCB material with a long strip-shaped irregular board structure. Equipped with multiple sets of high-current, high-density through-hole connectors, it functions as an internal signal distribution backplane for equipment.

The board reserves multiple UTILITY signal channels and realizes parallel signal distribution via multiple interfaces to transmit signals and power between the main control board and multiple sub-boards. With long routing and numerous signal channels, it imposes strict requirements on impedance control, routing consistency and connector soldering reliability.
