This is the 8B01-FIX_R Board V6.0 fixture test adapter PCBA with finished dimension of 34mm×22.5mm. It adopts FR-4 2-layer PCB substrate, equipped with spring pogo pins and black 8P socket connector, specially designed as adapter board for test fixtures.

Signal pads including TX/RX, VBAT, VBUS and GND are reserved on the board. It contacts DUT (Device Under Test) via spring pogo pins to realize power supply and serial signal transmission. Widely used for automated production line testing, it ensures stable test signals and reliable contact, improving inspection efficiency for mass production. Manufacturing Process

Process Flow: PCB Fabrication + SMT Mounting + DIP Through-hole Assembly + Manual Post Soldering

1. PCB Fabrication: Circuit Etching, Solder Mask Green Oil, Silkscreen Legend, Drilling, Routing, AOI Inspection

2. SMT Assembly: Mounting of spring pogo pins, 10-zone lead-free reflow soldering

3. DIP Assembly: Insertion of 8P socket connector

4. Post soldering, solder joint visual inspection, continuity test, fixture contact reliability test, final product inspection
