This is a multi-channel industrial test system PCBA mainboard, Board No. 37I-AD-Test System 4CH 24V V8.0. It is a rectangular industrial control board manufactured by integrated PCB fabrication, SMT assembly and DIP through-hole insertion. Powered by STM32H743 high-performance MCU, it integrates multi-channel signal acquisition circuit, high-power drive circuit, Gigabit Ethernet communication, CPCI European connectors and green plug terminals. It supports multi-channel AD acquisition, signal output, high-power load drive and Ethernet data upload. Equipped with independent heat dissipation modules and separated layout for strong/weak current, the board is built with complete power protection circuits. Specially designed for industrial automatic test equipment, it features excellent EMC performance and stable long-term continuous operation.

1. SMT Assembly Process

- Automatic solder paste printing with SPI online solder paste inspection to control solder volume for tiny components.

- High-speed mounter for STM32 main chip, flash memory, QFN, 0402 SMD resistors & capacitors, MOSFET and signal conditioning ICs.

- 10-zone segmented temperature control reflow oven to reduce thermal deformation of large-size PCB.

- AOI automatic optical inspection to detect cold solder, insufficient solder, component offset, tombstoning and wrong parts.

2. DIP Insertion Process

- Automatic + manual insertion for electrolytic capacitors, power resistors, connectors, terminals and high-power diodes.

- Wave soldering for through-hole components.

3. Post-assembly Process

- Post soldering reinforcement and heat sink locking for high-power devices;

- Cleaning to remove flux residue;

- Electrical performance test: insulation withstand voltage, power circuit and signal channel test;

- Long-time burn-in test to screen early failure components;

- Full inspection for signal acquisition and output functions;

- Recheck of appearance, connectors and terminals, packed with ESD protection.
